This pin cushion I made was part of our Friends in Stitching online groups Christmas pressie swap.

It came as a  little kit and we had to make it before March this year..... I think it was then lol... 

so I'm very early ..... lucky me.

Exciting mail for me on Tuesday..... my Blog Book arrived and just look at the great photo on the cover....

Now I know you all must be wondering why I  would put a photo up of this 

 but I bought a new dress today and its the only dress I own and I don't like the colour orange or crocheted clothes so its all a bit different for me. The little jacket I'm wearing was given to me by Sandi, now I'm sure she said that it belonged to her Grandma and Sandi didn't want it ....yep you guessed it ..... it fitted me, aren't I lucky..... its crocheted and very old.

I really like this dress obviously I guess otherwise I would have left it in the shop..... lol

It was great to have a Tuesday get together again....... we started organising a Christmas project that we are doing as a group so it will be interesting to see it take shape.

Lots of work in this ....

Advent pressies and my Christmas decorations....

Thank you sooooo very much Sandi for all the great goodies in our Santa sacks, it's been a lot of fun and my metal Christmas tree is now full to overflowing with your lovely decorations..... not forgetting of course the fabulous Santa sack itself......

Well I'm now going to bore you with my decorations......

at least this way I will know where to put them next year hahahaha.

I love lights and candles as you might have guessed but these photos are a bit dark but I love them just the same.

I was going to show you some of my favourite tree decorations but by the time of got these photos I had to stop as I really can't choose..... they are all so wonderful and they give me such special memories, lots handmade too.

Tuesday Girls Christmas Do and Advent gifts.

Where do I begin......well here of course.....

Firstly I must show you the birthday gift that Tereasa gave me, unfortunately she wasn't able to come to our big day out http://sewmoorewithsandi.blogspot.com.au/so my birthday lasted a little bit longer which is nice.

A great Christmas snuffer and a candle.... oops I forgot to put the pretty card in the photo...

Our day began at Sandi's house with a lovely healthy morning tea and gifts of course.

Sandi gave us each one of these little bags with a wish inside and choccies too.

Can you see my wish in that little bottle ?

each wish was different.

Thank you Sandi that is so sweet.

Thanks also for the wonderful Santa sack with our terrific Advent gifts..... still opening...

We did our Bon Bon challenge again this year....so much fun.

We had to put a fat 1/8 fabric, button, ribbon/lace, treat and decoration, paper hat, joke and noisy snap inside..... which isn't easy....

We then swap with each other and I was lucky to get Sandi's great creation.

Our great morning tea..... as usual Sandi did a terrific job for us.

Pressie time....

These gifts are from Tereasa, who couldn't  be with us as she had to work....

She gave us all "Poo- Pourri"..... no I didn't make a mistake that's what it is...

spray it in the loo and keep our friends on camp happy.....

This year we decided to have lunch out at a nearby place "Cafe on Cusack"

this is my blurry lunch..... I was laughing too much for photos.

Dessert was Plum Pudding and Brandied Custard..... yum.

And to finish off this fabulous day we got the young cafe chappie to take a photo for us....

but I don't think he planned on this..... it was just soooo funny.

you should have known we would be naughty at sometime during the day.

Yep I'm the star of the day.....

I won't be having anymore birthdays so I was making the most of this one.

Why aren't I having anymore you ask...... well just because I don't want to....

I'm having unbirthdays from now on..... we still get to party though.

This did taste as good as it looks I can assure you.

Just when we thought we were full to the brim out came the dessert OMG....

being good girls as our Mum's told us to do ..... we ate it all.

Norreen is such a naughty girl but we love her....... 

see I'm not the only one who is naughty but I was sooooooo good this time....

Before having our High Tea we took a little visit to Bayside Stitchcraft to see the lovely Joy...
