All I have to show from our Sunday get together is a little show and tell.....

I must have been very busy stitching and forgot to take any other photos....

Yes it was Sunday Stitchers again today and as usual it was a great day with lovely ladies.

I was working on the Splendid Sampler block but didn't get a lot done.....

could it be because I chat tooooo much do you think ?

Inca brought her Splendid Sampler blocks .....

I have finally organised my sewing room to suit my design wall with help from Gav....

I have a quilt on the wall but now there is a new wooden rod and brackets.....

So here is the quilt.....

Now hanging in front of the quilt is my design wall.....

So when the design wall isn't needed then down it comes, I don't make a lot of pieced quilts so it does spend a lot of time in the cupboard......best of both worlds..... yay.....

My trusty little stool so I can reach the rod, it folds up and fits in the cupboard very nicely.

First project to be put up is the Splendid Sampler blocks.....

just because I could..... it was great to see them together as well.

Looking better than I thought they might as I'm using only stash fabrics.

This is how I used to lay things out..... messy and always in the way.

But now it is all soooo easy to see and work on......

A little secret sewing for someone very special.....

A bit of retail therapy with Heather..... yes we were pooped....

but what a lovely day we had.

Yes...... that was another little wall hanging I had there as well.

Sunday Stitching at Cheryl's

We were a very small group on Sunday for this month as so many girls were away or busy with other commitments, Cheryl opened her home for us to stitch for the day.....

Thanks so much Cheryl for having us there.

It was Inca's birthday this month....

Lunch was really great and healthy too.....

First Sunday Stitches for 2016

We enjoyed our first day back with the Sunday Stitches group today.....

It's great to get back into the swing of things and catch up with all the girls and their stitching.

Good girls..... busy busy busy...

I completely forgot to take a photo of our yummie table of food...

This was my contribution....

Mini muffins.... zucchini, carrot and corn.

We also had show and tell....

De with her Christmas Story quilt..... beautiful.
