Tuesday girls Christmas Advent gifts......

All ready for December 1 opening.....

Oh yes ...... these is my new train, it is now under the Christmas tree.....

Saturday night concert.....

I have been waiting for this day to arrive for quite a while now.....

 an early Birthday pressie for me.....

from Gavan and me for me...... lol

I had been sick for a couple of weeks but improved enough to attend but alas poor Gavan came down with the same germs a bit later than me and wasn't able to go.......

Luckily for me Norreen was able to join me and we did have a super night out......

It is a terrible selfie, almost all of the lights had a pink glow but it takes more than that to put us off......

A pre-bowl outing......

I needed to do a pre-bowl ( tenpin that is) as I will be on retreat soon and will miss a Wednesday bowling day.

The Tuesday girls love to join me for a fun time out......

We did finish quite early so what were we to do I ask ???????

check out the "Kingston Butter Factory" of course.......

there is a Museum there which was very interesting and a lovely craft shop full of beautiful handmade goodies.....

Sandi was sick so she missed out today......

The sign said "no photos thank you".......

but I did get one outside......

Naturally lunch was required after 3 games of tenpin bowling.....

I forgot to get a photo of lunch which is very slack really.....

this big Lizard was hoping to get a few crumbs but alas we were very hungry so no luck for him.

We .... the Tuesday girls ventured out to see the "World of Craft"show.....

we had a great day even though the show wasn't quite as good as we had expected but it is new so hopefully it will improve as time goes on.

Tuesday was as usual a great fun day......

I thought I would make the girls hot scones for morning tea with strawberry jam and cream of course.

Sandi had to pop off for an appointment which left just me and Teresa so that became scone making time.....

Teresa had soooo much fun, she has never made scones before....

I did lend a hand.....

It was great to join the girls today, 

they are so uplifting and as usual we laughed and chatted a lot.....

We went to a lovely cafe near Nor's home for morning tea.....

are doing a "Stitch-a-long" together.....

It is a quilt I have wanted to do for a long time but just never got around to it so the girls have decided to join me with this project.

Our lovely Sandi kicked us off by making us all this block.....

not sure where it is available now, I did google but could only find it in an American store....
