The lovely lady on the right.... Susan.... will be missed by so many, she lost her battle with breast cancer. The "Cantabile" girls choir sang for her in the St. John's Cathedral Brisbane, she has been teaching choir members for 20years at Canterbury College and she was more than just a teacher, all the girls over these years thought of her as their second Mum and I was lucky enough to join her, the girls and families on tour to Austria in 2008.
So sorry to hear this Helen, but everytime your granddaughter hears music she will have Susan with her - what a fabulous legacy she has left behind her over 20 years. XX
I'm a Mum to 1 fantastic son and 2 beautiful daughters I'm also Nan to 5 super grandchildren, 1 great grandson and not forgetting my Hubby...Gavan of 58 years.
I enjoy lots of crafts but embroidery would be my first love followed closely by quilting, patchwork and the list goes on. I like to have a go at new crafts when I can. We have lived in Jimboomba QLD for 33 years. I hope you enjoy your visit to my blog.
