Jenny hiding in the bushes.
Gavan, John and Jenny
On monday Gavan and I went to visit our friends Jenny and John in Bundaberg, just a quick over night visit but it was great to see them again, we went in our trusty little Light Sport plane so it was quite an adventure as it was my first long trip in it and yes I am still here to tell the tale. As you can see I just had to buy a couple of pressies for myself.... as you do..... they are from the "Quilters Shack" craft shop ( a great craft shop it is too )where Jenny works, it was lovely to meet the girls Jenny works with too. We had a good look at the town and also went to Bargara ( think thats right) by the water and there we had a great fish and chips lunch at a little shop near the water so relaxing, we also went out for tea to Sizzlers and a few coffee shops of course. Naturally I had a big tour of Jenny's craft room which is an important part of the trip lol and as usual we had a few laughs and lots of chatter, thank you Jenny for a great time.

So pleased to read you're getting out and about in the new toy and you were able to catch up with Jenny and John.
Lucky you to be jet setting off whenever you like in your OWN aircraft! You should have waited to see jen until next week - I will be popping to Bundy then!
Glad you all had a great time!

You are a bit of a jet-setter now Helen or perhaps make that a light-plane-setter. Nice to think you and hubby can share the experience together. Still working on the needleturn but very slowly. All the best......
