FNWF's.....an unexpected outing.....

It was lovely to enjoy a night of stitching with Cheryll and like minded ladies......

I didn't get a lot done but I was happy to have traced 4 of my postcards and stitch a little......

Today I had an unexpected outing with Sandi, a quick text message asking if I was interested in a journey to a craft shop  (as if that was hard to decide)  her hubbie was at work and she was bored.....
just as well I can get ready in a flash, Sandi wanted to leave in approximately 1/2 hour.....
so
get out of bed...shower....eat and off I go.....
Phew.....
Fifi's Fabricology was the destination.....
A little purchase.....

Of course we needed to have a bite to eat and cuppa.....

I was working on my Pretty Crochet quilt.....

The end is in sight so I'm working madly to get it finished......

Crochet being my least favourite craft, I'm going to continue with it today so it will really be a "stitch-in" for me......

For Friday night stitching I finished my January postcards for No-Fuss- stitch a long.....

Yes I know it is February but better late than not at all.....

I also managed to get some circle blocks sewn together.....

I'm very happy with my nights stitching.....

First FNWF for 2019

I started the night cutting and ironing on the  applique pieces for Simple Life.....

and also the circles.....

Then I got a bit sidetracked watching the Tennis.....surely I can find a way of doing the 2 together.....

So this is my pathetic bit of stitching....

I'm off now to check what the girls got up to....go here if you would  like to take a peak......
