It was so good to join Cheryll and other girls for a fun night of stitching.....
I was very happy to finish sewing the binding on this charity quilt and later after a well deserved cuppa (at least I think so) I moved on to my knitting, only the bands to go, I will get it finished just in time for the cooler weather.....
I'm struggling with these bamboo needles but my old Tortoise shell needles are now broken.....
mind you they are probably a good 40 to 50 years old by now.....
Not sure how much knitting I will get done in the future as my hands really don't like the knitting motion and it is very awkward wearing a brace but I would like to make another cardigan so I'll see how I go....
fingers crossed.....
I also managed to get a little prep work done for another quilt.....
more on that later.....
Well I'm off now to check on the nights progress for other stitchers....
if you go here you to might see some great projects....

Your binding is coming on nicely. So sorry to hear that your hands are not happy knitting for long.
Great getting the binding done and it’s a nice cardigan you’re knitting.
Hope you can get to knit a bit longer.
Hola!
Tuviste una noche muy prolífica. Te felicito! El quilt quedó hermoso. Nunca había visto agujas de tejer hechas de bambú. Qué interesante. Gracias por compartir
Good work on finishing the binding & quilt... & I like the pattern for your cardigan. Thanks for joining in FNwF again too... xox
lovely getting the binding done... a gorgeous quilt. I have heard those knitting needles that are short but with the long plastic join are good for hand pain as you get less weight bearing on the needle. I struggled with bamboo - mainly because I sat on them by mistake!!! duh....

Well done - another quilt completed. Are you ever going to start AS???? Come one - a couple of blocks here and there wont hurt...maybe even a little easier than knitting.. lol ;)
Lovely quilt finish xx
Lovely quilt......
I think the quilt turned out well...I guess knitting in short bursts might work better for you.
