How lovely to be at Glenrose Patchwork again with great girls for a fun few days......
Our sewing room......
Normally on arrival we have yummie scones waiting for us in the patchwork shop but not this time......
Glenis was away so it was mud cake in the sewing room.....
I couldn't wait so this was my morning tea....
My room buddie this time was Norreen and she did spoil me with a cuppa in bed each morning.....
she is a keeper..... lol
Rose cottage .....
Lovely gardens to stroll through.....
A great shop.....
My naughty shopping in the craft shop.....
A couple of goodies from Canningtown craft shop
Lovely gifts from Cheryl and Alison.....
Precious gifts from Norreen....
More shopping from a store in Warwick.....
Morning tea at Brysons which is sadly closing the cafe side of the business......
very sad......
Yes I did sew......
I love this table runner kit from Bayside Stitch Craft ......
I'm so pleased with this project and it fits in beautifully on the coffee table in the Grannie flat.....
I also made all the squares for this project......
so now they are all ready for the blanket stitching and crocheting.......
We usually have a group photo but it just didn't happen this time..... boohoooo
Thanks girls for a wonderful 3 days of laughter, eating, sewing and heaps of chatting.....
On our way home we stopped at a cafe in Boonah.....
Nor was happy for me to use this photo....
I did ask if she would like me to take a better one but she said "nup" all good.....
Thanks for the fun Nor.......
I have finished a little project since I got home......
it has been made for a little while but I didn't have enough crushed walnut shells to finish it but fortunately Glenrose had some so now it is finished.......
This is a Shiralee Stitches pattern "Cherish Pin Cushion" ......
Well that's it from me again......
Toodles.......
