Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers Day 1


Where do I begin.......

All aboard for our weekend away.....
Teresa.... Sandi..... Norreen and me......
after an early start we did stop for a very early cuppa.....
what is a cuppa without food.......


On reaching Toowoomba we stopped at the information centre to get a few ideas of things we might like to see and do.....
messing about as usual.....

Our home for the weekend  "Rose Cottage" Air bnb in Newtown..... 





After unloading the car we were off again.....

Spring Bluff Railway Station.....
what a pretty place it is.....
 we also had lunch here.....








 We had our evening meal at the "Park House Cafe"

it was so good.....

oh no sliding doors.............If only I had know you were coming....I left the day before.........the flowers were looking amazing though.........

So many beautiful places! We only managed to visit Japanese garden but Dasha was so excited that she couldn't stop and I don't think we stayed in any spot for more than 30 seconds :)

Oh Helen, I so love it when you and the girls go on trips. Those gardens are stunning and where you stayed was very cute. Beautiful photos.
